BIOGRAPHY

Shane Schuijt (born: May 31, 1989) is a Dutch/Philipino DJ that especially spins the finest beats of: Baltimore, Electro, House & Breakbeat.

Drummer
On the age of 12, Shane started to play drums. He always loved and admire Drum n Bass. The way the beat goes like: Boom, TakTak, BoomTak, Boom, TakTak, BoomTak,... and so on. Fast beats, Crashing Hi-Hats, and the impulse of the snare drum was the perfect hunch for Shane to play drums. After three years hard studying and practising drums, he joined a band called: Forsaken. This was the beginning of his musical carrier. The band was fully inspired by rock music, produced own songs and played covers as well. Forsaken played his first gig at Donkey Shot - Heemskerk (2004). At the time the band performed in Donkey Shot they took it to the next level. After their first gig, they performed in all kinds of stages in Noord-Holland like: KOMPLEX - Heerhugowaard, Bakkerij - Castricum, Hotel Sonnevanck - Wijk aan Zee and several times in Donkey Shot.

Break-Up
Two years later (2006) the band broke up due to some circumstances. That time Shane was still aimed on listening to music and producing own beats. On the internet he watched video clips of Drum n Bass DJs. He was so fascinated that one man behind the turntables can do the same thing as a band performing on stage. Shane decided to focus on Drum n Bass and to put his mind on the dance scene.

New Begin as a DJ
For the love of drums, he felled in love with turntables. On the age of 19 he bought his first DJ attributes and called himself SYNTHESIN SHANE. This was his way out to make a new begin of being a musician and artist. SYNTHESIN SHANE can be describe as a: ambitious, dedicated, energetic, persist, artistic and passion full DJ. His sound is called Electro-Baltimore with influence of: Baltimore, BreakBeat, DuB-Step, Electro, Electro-House, House, Fidget, New Rave and last but not least Drum&Bass.

Winner DJ Competition

InSoulWeTrust.com DJ Contest 2010
On the 31th of May 2010 Synthesin Shane became winner of the dj competition InSoulWeTrust.com. His 2 hour mix-set was played on Thursday the 17th of June 2010 @ InSoulWeTrust Radio Show.
